What to expect...

Map The Business
The first 6 weeks of our work together will be mapping out the 4 Engines of Growth that power your business. We'll consider your vision, your current systems, and your tech stack to do so. This will be done in weekly 90-120 minute sessions in-person or via Zoom.

Operationalize The Model
Once we have the map of your business created, we will then operationalize the model. This is where we develop the stackable strategies and loss-less tactics needed to grow the business. This typically takes another 6 weeks of integrating.

Continuous Alignment
Full integration of your Simple Growth Model will be an iterative process done over 12 months. At this phase of the process, we will be meeting monthly to review & measure progress and realign our action items based on the data gathered.

Who Me?
I came up with the concept of the Simple Growth Model when leading my company, Copycat, through a pivotal transition phase. We were changing from a Copywriting Agency to a Narrative Agency, and our new strategic services had business-wide ramifications.
At the time, we had about 40 people working for us on either a full-time or contractor basis. And most of us had only worked in marketing. Yet our narrative work impacted sales, product, and internal communications. It became apparent that we needed a way to educate our entire team on how businesses functioned from a high-level. This is what led me to the 4 Engines of Growth and, eventually, the Simple Growth Model.

To be clear, none of the concepts I use are wholly original. My work stands on the shoulders of the giants who came before me. I've read countless business books, studied organizational models like Traction, Lean, Agile, Rockefeller Method, and more. But for me (and for my clients), this model is the simplest distillation of how businesses grow that I've been able to parse.
